Chris Tracy has been helping dental practices to succeed for over 25 years. Initially Chris trained as a dental assistant and demonstrated her assisting and dental administration skills working in the practices of Dr. Mac Balfour and Dr. Kevin O’Malley. This practical experience was the building block necessary to ensure Chris’ successful career as a software trainer for ABELSoft Corporation and finally the Certified Trainer and owner of C.T. Training and Consulting.
For 10 years Chris contributed to the successful transitioning of hundreds of dental practices to a modern computerized environment. Her travels took her throughout Southern Ontario, across Canada and on several occasions to the U.S.A. Her experience included software training and seminar presentations in XENIX and Windows environments.
To enhance Chris’s training skills; Langevin Learning Services Inc. has supported and expanded her training expertise. She has successfully achieved the Certification of Instructional Training Designer/Developer. The course work necessary to achieve this certification requires time, commitment and an open mind. Her accomplishments in Training Needs Analysis, Writing Skills for Trainers, Web-Based Training and Consulting Skills for Trainers provides the foundation for the creation of custom training plans and the smooth implementation of the strategies necessary for success. Chris is also a True Colors and Personality Dimensions Level I facilitator. She successfully taught part-time at the Canadian Institute of Dental Hygiene 2001 – 2006, and has authored a series of training guides to support and enhance client training.
