- Needs Assessment: We begin with a needs assessment to understand what your business needs. Our objective is to provide you and your team with a training plan and strategy to achieve the positive results you deserve. Change at any time can be stressful. We assess how the changes will positively impact each department in your business and request your direction when we review your custom training plan.
- Training Plan: A training plan is based on the needs assessment and the discussions with the team and organization leaders. The gaps are identified and a coaching plan is created to achieve the results necessary for success. Change is hard and often staff will resist. The expertise we have in managing change will make the difference.
- Implementation Schedule: Training with positive support and encouragement will give your team members the confidence necessary to meet the challenges of transition. They are included in the initial change meetings necessary for the buy in prior to implementation. C.T. - Follow-up: We make sure our training stick...or we spend time redirecting until your team has it right. Benchmarks are in place to ensure training is effective and change is maintained. Often training is great for a few weeks or months and unless it is reassessed the status quo will prevail.
